Can I be honest? It’s been hard for me to have motivation lately for exercise but I have been trying to look for new ways to incorporate more movement into my daily life. Working my 9-5 while trying to run my blog, and take care of things at home has really had me neglecting one of the most important things and that’s eating healthier and getting enough exercise. Last year I signed up and went to a few hot yoga classes here in Atlanta. What an experience! My body felt so great after the first two classes that I definitely intend to get more classes in during the week going into the new year. I love how they have an app that allows you to pick your classes during the week. I also tried out a PURE BARRE class. Let’s just say I’ll be sticking to hot yoga.
