Studies have shown that listening to a podcast stimulates your mental and is such a great way to cut down on screen time.  Where our minds go our energy flows.  Who doesn’t love a great podcast?  I make it a habit to listen to a podcast daily during my walk, when I’m cooking dinner,  or right before bedtime.  In case you’ve been wondering what to add to your library I’ve listed a few here from my playlist.

The Sister Circle Podcast by Chrystal Evans Hurst is one of my favorites.  I feel like I can really relate to Chrystal and she gives such great Godly wisdom grounded in biblical truth.

Woman Evolve Podcast with Sarah Jakes Roberts.  I love this podcast!  Sarah touches on so many topics  from sisterhood, to boundaries, to wholeness to therapy.

I Am Beautiful Wild Free Podcast from ManifestHerDaily by Erin Marie.  Erin will get you all the way together. What we tell  ourselves on a daily can be powerful.  If you love affirmations then you’re going to love this podcast. I love to play this in the morning during my quiet time or when I’m about to get ready to start my day.

The Bible Recap Podcast is a great resourceful tool to add.   I love to listen to this along with my personal bible study.
