We received some great news this week. My brother Darwin Cordale Quinn aka C Gutta, a multi platinum music producer is up for a grammy nomination for his work on latin artist Bad Bunny latest album Un Verano Sin Ti. It is the first album in history to earn the honor in the organization of 65 years. What a blessing to be up against some of the best artist out there. To give you a little bit of background, C Gutta began his music career by starting his music publishing company at the age of 15. Not many artist knew the importance about music publishing at that time. He had a great team behind him as well as a solid foundation and still does to this very day. He grew up playing the drums in our home church back in Ridgeland, Ms, and got his first big break when he produced the single Shoulder Lean for Young Dro that charted number 1 on the Billboard. His ear for music has definitely matured over the years and his work ethic is impeccable. Music is definitely his gifting and according to Proverbs 18:16 it’s definitely making room. I’m so looking forward to see what God does next through him.
